In view of the announcement of coronavirus disease pandemic by the World Health Organization with the aim to prevent its spread on the territory of the Russian Federation, to protect health, rights and legal interests of the citizens of the Russian Federation and to ensure the national security, with particular attention to the safety of participants and visitors, in compliance with Decrees of the Governor of Moscow Region No. 108-PG dated 12.03.2020, No. 115-PG dated 13.03.2020, No. 126-PG dated 16.03.2020, Orders of Mayor of Moscow No. 17-UM dated 10.03.2020, No. 21-UM dated 16.03.2020,  Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, while taking into account the ban of public events of more than 50 people, including exhibitions, and the closure of the borders of the Russian Federation, including the ban on movement of citizens and goods from the territories of the People's Republic of China, Iran, the Republic of Korea, member states of the European Union, the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, and in compliance with the requirements of the government authorities, the decision has been made to postpone the dates of the exhibitions until September 2020. 

Taking into account the possible inconveniences connected to this decision, we will always be prepared to render the earlier planned services in full amount on the new dates.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all terms of participation of 2020 will be fixed. At the same time we guarantee that the price will not be indexed and will stay unchanged.

We regret the arising circumstances, inconveniences and possible losses that have been caused by the actions of the Federal government authorities and are beyond our control.
